Inviting someone
Team → Invite. They get an email, set their own password, and appear in your team list. You never handle their password.
Roles
A role decides what someone can see and do. A new stylist does not need payroll.
| Role | Typically |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including payouts and payroll |
| Manager | Day-to-day, reports, no payout details |
| Front desk | Calendar, clients, register |
| Stylist | Own calendar and own clients |
Roles are editable — start from the closest one and adjust rather than building from scratch.
Working hours matter more than they look
Set working hours for each person under Team → the person → Working hours.
The calendar only offers times when the branch is open and that person is working. Miss this and a stylist appears fully booked to clients — the calendar simply never offers them.
Making someone bookable online
Being on the team is not the same as being bookable. For a stylist to appear on the public booking page they must be marked bookable online, and be assigned to at least one service.
