Scheduling, point of sale, clients, staff, payroll, reporting, and the booking page cost nothing. No subscription, no per-user fee, no tiers. This is not a trial.
Card processing
We take a small percentage of card payments. It appears on your Stripe statement as an application fee, alongside Stripe's own processing cost.
Cash costs you nothing.
Credit, earned on card volume
Every card payment earns credit — spendable on text messages, email, the AI agents, and hardware. For most salons it covers the messaging bill entirely.
Credit is not cash. It cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and it expires. It exists so the thing that makes us money pays for the things that cost us money.
Messages and AI
Text messages, emails, and AI agents have a real cost, so they are metered. Your credit is applied first; you only pay for what it does not cover.
A salon that takes mostly cash earns little credit and so pays for its own messaging — usually $15–50 a month depending on how much it sends. The platform is still free.
Hardware
Card readers are bought once, not rented. Credit can be spent on them.
